“Having worked as a chef in various restaurants around the world, I have taken fusion cuisine as the inspiration for the menu at Nuzza Beach & Terrace Restaurant. By combining the best local produce with a respect for traditional dishes, my cuisine is at the cutting edge of creating new and exciting seasonal culinary specialities. All our dishes contain carefully selected fresh regional ingredients. The impressive sea view, especially at sunset, provides the idyllic backdrop for savouring our dishes and sipping our cocktails. Our ethos can be summed up as: passion, combined with customer service and attention to detail. And this is a concept that we are eager to share with diners."

The Alicante region is famous for its wines and Nuzza Beach & Terrace Restaurant prides itself on offering a wide selection of local and international wines. Our local wines are sourced from selected wineries in Alicante, Yecla and Valencia. One sip will convince you.
About us
Nuzza Beach & Terrace Restaurant is located directly on the sandy beach overlooking the sea. Our restaurant is located at the four-star superior resort Dormio Resort Costa Blanca. This unique location on the Costa Blanca makes it ideal for lunch with family, a romantic dinner for two or drinks with friends.

Opening hours and bookings
Nuzza Beach & Terrace Restaurant is open daily from 1 pm-11 pm*.
* The kitchen is open from 1.30 pm-3.30 pm and from 7.30 pm-10.30 pm. However, drinks and snacks can still be ordered up until closing time.
To reserve a table, we recommend booking in advance.
